Unable to print from Adobe Reader

If you are unable to print using Adobe Reader, then, this post is for you.

This is solution is for Adobe Reader X, Version 10.1.2 or above.

To check the Adobe Reader, installed on your system.
Open Adobe Reader > Click Help > About Acrobat Reader, you will be able to find the Version of your Adobe Reader installed.

If the Adobe Reader Version is 10.1.2 or above, then follow these steps:

1.       Download the AdobeReaderPatch10.1.2_cpsid_92870.zip file, Location -
http://kb2.adobe.com/cps/928/cpsid_92870/attachments/AdobeReaderPatch10.1.2_cpsid_92870.zip
2.       Unzip the file to extract the executable AdobeReaderPatch10.1.2_cpsid_92870.exe.
3.       Right-click on it & Run the file as Administrator.
4.       Then you will get the Dialog box to restart the system, Close that box & restart the system.
5.      Print a PDF file & it should now print.

If the Adobe Reader is either 10.1.1 or below, then, uninstall Adobe Reader, restart the system & then, re-install Adobe Reader and it should print now.
